We reserve the right to terminate a contract with a client for all of our offered services at any given time. This is a rare occurrence for us, as we are dedicated to offering personalized solutions to our clients' needs and pay special attention to open communication and regular reporting. However, should an issue arise that we deem unresolvable or if there is a difference that makes it impossible for us to continue our work with a client, our firm has the right to terminate a contract without prior notice. We may or may not disclose or discuss the cause for termination. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to early termination of a contract.

We base our legal strategy for each of our services on research and analysis of the concerned legal market as well as on an understanding of the client's case. This understanding is based on the information disclosed to us by the client. Should crucial information be left out of the brief given to us by our clients, resulting in the failure of a strategy implemented by us or a service provided, we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred. For us to formulate a plan that aligns with the needs of any case, it is the responsibility of the client to disclose all relevant information to us. This will inform our strategy building and result in a more personalized plan, one that is most suited to our client’s needs and requirements.

Legal processes are gradual and rigorous. We cannot promise immediate results. We request that our clients take into consideration the due time that thorough legal proceedings take. We do not promise to get results in a matter of weeks. This is based purely on our experience and understanding of the legal system.
